Panagiotis Petrou has been engaged in the fields of visual communication, cinematography, photography, and graphic design for nearly two decades. He began his career in 2005, specializing in graphic and motion design. By 2009, his creative path led him into video advertising, where he seamlessly integrated his design expertise with moving image and photography, gradually expanding into cinematography—a field in which he holds the official distinction of European Videographer – member of the Federation of European Photographers (FEP).
In 2012, he joined the DesThess Production team, where they made a mini documentary series for a National TV Channel (ET3). Later on (as DesTV production), he became an Art Director. The most important projects were the 73rd T.I.F (Board on 73) as Graphic Designer and the productions of Thessaloniki 2014: European Youth Capital City advertising commercials, especially for the opening of the Thessaloniki Film Festival as a Cinematographer. Among other activities, he cooperated with the Non-Governmental Organization U.S.B NGO and KEME education center as an instructor. He was a founding member of Dust Go Creative until 2017, a visual communication office, serving as the manager in the Videography section. He was also an in-house DoP (Cinematographer) at Powerpharm Corporation for the 2017-18 season. In recent years, he cooperated with Underdog Entertainment and Origami Media Design. He worked as a motion designer at Vitamin Media for three years, and to the present day, he is employed at Reframe.food as a Videographer.
